Please collect your conference badge as early as possible to ensure smooth entry to all sessions and social events. Access to every conference activity—including the Welcome Reception on September 23rd and the Visit to the Bourbon Tunnel on September 24th—is granted upon presentation of your conference badge at the entrance. Badge pickup is available at the Registration Desk in the Cortile delle Statue, Via Giovanni Paladino 39, 80138 Naples: 09:00–18:00 on September 22nd and 08:00–15:00 on September 23rd–25th.

Guided Visit to the Bourbon Tunnel: on September 24th, from 19:30 to 22:30 at Via Domenico Morelli, 61 c, 80121 Naples. Only for those who have booked the ticket in advance. Just bring your badge, and enjoy the visit!

On September 23rd at 7:00 PM, join us for the Welcome Reception in the evocative Cortile delle Statue – Via Giovanni Paladino, 39, 80138 Naples.
Access to this social event is included in your conference registration fee and granted simply by showing your conference badge at the entrance.
The evening will feature live music and a rich buffet in a truly atmospheric setting, offering a unique chance to meet colleagues and enjoy the charm of Naples’ historic centre by night.
On September 24th in the evening (1st slot 7:30 PM; 2nd slot 8:30 PM), we have arranged a special guided visit to the Bourbon Tunnel, Via Domenico Morelli, 61 c, 80121 Naples (website– map).
Access to this social event is included in your conference registration fee and granted upon presentation of your conference badge at the entrance.
